Jake Duckworth

Jake started out as a sports and fitness trainer before moving into site joinery in an attempt to learn craft skills but with very little craftsmanship left in modern timberwork he decided to pursue a career in traditional timber framing. With a keen interest in studying historic carpentry methods, attending courses and lectures, and restoring his own grade 2 listed building in spare time, its fair to say Jake is fairly passionate about his work. When Jake isn't working he enjoys fitness training, Rugby, brewing his own beer and making his wife wish he was back at work!
